Join us for a free, hands-on CPR and defibrillator training course designed for anyone who wants to learn lifesaving skills in a supportive, non-clinical environment. This course is perfect for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teens, and anyone who wants to be better prepared in an emergency.
This 2-hour session will be led by trained staff from St. Anthony’s Hospital and follows the American Heart Association’s Family & Friends® CPR curriculum. Instruction is provided using AHA’s practice-while-watching method — a proven approach that gives participants the most hands-on practice time possible.

Adult Hands-Only CPR
Adult CPR with breaths
Child CPR with breaths
Infant CPR
Adult and child AED (defibrillator) use
How to respond to choking (mild and severe airway block) for adults, children, and infants
How to recognize when and how to use a defibrillator (AED) in an emergency
